Our in office exercise routine presented below can be performed on such days using nothing but the items that you already have in your office; your chair, desk, and a heavy book or binder. This exercise routine is not intended for replacing regular gym exercises or sports, however it will help improve blood circulation, relieve stress, and help you get refreshed when coffee no longer seems to do the trick!
