”I was recovering from a broken wrist and my physiotherapist, Rady, was the best! He helped me through each session, and guided me from one exercise to the next while keeping things fun and informative. My wrist’s range of motion has improved a lot since I started working with him, and I now have less restrictions. He was a great physiotherapist, and just an overall kind human being to work with and learn from😌
Esther Lee
”I started massage therapy with Pred about a month a ago. On my first visit we worked out some problem areas and he gave me tips to work on them in between session. I had my second visit today. After working on my problem areas again, he put me to sleep with a relaxing massage to end the session. Would highly recommend.
