Our cognitive rehabilitation program is a person-centered and function-oriented program in which individuals experiencing cognitive deficits are assessed, evaluated and treated to improve their independence within their day-today lives and their meaningful occupations. Treatment is tailored to each individual and designed to meet their unique cognitive challenges, which are most commonly a result of an acquired brain injury.
Our cognitive rehabilitation program utilizes the strengths of a multidisciplinary approach, involving the coordination and interventions from occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language pathologists, rehabilitation support workers and many more. Additionally, our treatment approach includes collaboration with neurology and neuropsychology to ensure the most impactful care.
