Spring has finally arrived, which means that summer is just around the corner! It is time to shed those extra bounds, and get back into shape to look and feel your best. We will be posting different exercise routines recommended by our chiropractors and physiotherapists to help motivate, and guide you to exercise effectively and safely! Today’s video focuses on the core. The exercises here are recommended to be completed without rest in between. You can complete one set of those exercises, than take a 1 minute break, and complete another set. After a total of 3 sets and 2 breaks, we recommend to have a protein shake, or a high protein meal to ensure those muscles have the necessary fuel to heal, and grow.
