Healthy and Delicious Kale Salad
This here is one of our favourite recipes, which is healthy, nutritious, and quick! This delicious kale salad recipe is a result of experimenting and mixing different recipes that we found online, but it was mainly inspired by a recipe found at TiasKitchen.com. 1. Kale – 1 Bunch
2. One Green apple- Granny Smith
3. Five-ten Strawberries
4. Walnuts or pecans- half a cup
5. Goat Cheese-(Optional)
1. Honey- 3 tbs
2. Mustard- 2 tbs
3. White Vinegar – 1 tbs
4. Olive Oil – 3 tbs
1. Chop the kale into small pieces and remove the stems. 2. Peele the green apple, and cut it into small, thin slices. 3. Cut the strawberries into 4 pieces. 4. Chop the walnuts or pecans. 5. Mix the ingredients for the dressing in a small container and shake/stir until fully incorporated. 6. Combine the fresh ingredients in a large bowl, add the dressing, mix well, add the goat cheese (optional) and enjoy!
