“All the Goodness” Green Smoothie Bowl
Want to get a healthy dose of veggies in the morning? This breakfast smoothie is a great way to get a serving of greens in before 9am!Ingredients:1 large handful baby spinach½ frozen banana¾ cup frozen pineapple1 cup nut milk½ cup Greek or coconut yogurt1 tablespoon chia or ground flaxseedInstructions:1. Blend all ingredients together for 45 second to 1 minute.2.
