CONDITIONS WE TREAT

Arthritis
Arthritis is a general term that encompasses 200 diseases and rheumatic ailments that affect the joints, connective and underlying tissue. Physiotherapy and chiropractic care will minimise pain and stiffness.

Carpal tunnel syndrome
Carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by pressure on the median nerve in the wrist, which is generally cause by strain from repetitive motion. Alleviate pain, tingling and numbness with physiotherapy.

Frozen shoulder
Frozen shoulder sufferers feel pain in the shoulder during movement. Physiotherapy can treat and control the progression of the condition, pain and lack of mobility.

Hand and wrist pain
Injury and age can cause numbness, tingling and weakness to develop in the fingers, hand and wrist. Physiotherapy can restore sensation, mobility and dexterity.

Herniated disc
When the soft, cushioning tissue between the bones of the vertebrae develops a problem you have a herniated disc. Chiropractic and physiotherapy treatment are the best ways of treating the injury, discomfort and pain.

Knee pain
Tendonitis, ACL tear, bursitis, overuse of the knee, osteoarthritis or other injury can cause knee pain. Physiotherapy improves healing and reduces recovery time.

Lower back pain
Injury, overuse, bad posture, sciatica, scoliosis, arthritis or a number of spinal related injuries can cause temporary or persistent lower back pain. A physiotherapist can help identify the problem and prepare a personalized treatment.

Muscle sprains and strain
Daily activity, sports, motor vehicle injury, and even over-activity can cause muscle sprains and strains. Massages by registered therapists and physiotherapy will reduce recovery time.

Neck pain
Bad posture, whiplash, herniated disc or even lymphatic or throat infection can cause neck pain. Chiropractic treatment and physiotherapy will alleviate pain and restore mobility.

Plantar fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis causes stabbing heel pain. Our foot care specialists can help relieve the pain that comes with the first morning steps and treat the condition.

Post-surgery
Patients can develop chronic pain, face reduced mobility and numbness after a surgery. Consult with a qualified physiotherapist to discuss your pain and receive personalized treatment.

Bad posture
Bad posture will cause neck, back, hip and vertebrae issues because of an excessively curved spine. A chiropractor will treat pain and provide corrective advice to improve posture and find means to maintain healthy posture.

Rotator cuff injuries
Sport, repetitive action and even daily activity can cause rotator cuff injuries. Physiotherapy can treat pain and symptoms from rotator cuff injuries.

Scoliosis
The bending of the spine into an ‘S’ or ‘C’ shape is called scoliosis. Chiropractors can help mitigate pain, digestive issues and mobility challenges from scoliosis.

TMJ
Dysfunction of the jaw muscles and joints that attach it to the skull causes temporomandibular joint dysfunction or TMJ pain. Physiotherapy and massage will alleviate discomfort, pain and improve mobility.
