Weight Loss Program

How it works

 An initial assessment with both a Physiotherapist and a Nutritionist (1-hr each)

 30-min weekly sessions with a Physiotherapist where you’re doing exercise

 30-min bi-weekly sessions with the Nutritionist to discuss meal plans and eating behaviours that are personalized to your lifestyle

 A long-term sustainability plan for you with the option of continued support after the program finishes


 Feel better physically and mentally as you shed pounds

 Increase energy and mood

 Improve your sleep

 Develop a healthier relationship between food and your body

 Learn sustainable eating and exercise habits

 Increase your nutrition knowledge


This program works with your extended health coverage for Physiotherapy. Your bi-weekly visits with the Nutritionist are complementary! For additional information related to the cost please feel free to contact us.
