This full body exercise routine is performed with various weights. Please be cautious of using weights if you are unsure about the amount of weights that you can handle safely. You can complete one set of those exercises, than take a 1 minute break, and complete another set. After a total of 3 sets and 2 breaks, we recommend to have a protein shake, or a high protein meal to ensure that your muscles have the necessary fuel to heal, and grow.
