Trail Mix Treat

Making your own trail mix is so much fun, so easy and so so delicious! You can add any ingredients you like to jazz up your snack. Remember to not add too many sweeteners – just enough to satisfy! Each serving will be full of healthy fats that your body will use as energy throughout the day.

Ingredients:

 1 cup almonds

 1 cup walnuts

 1 cup cashews

 ½ cup brazil nuts

 ½ cup pumpkin seeds

 ½ cup dark chocolate pieces (70% dark)

 ½ cup coconut flakes

 ½ cup dried pineapple

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients together until mixed well

2. Place trail mix in an air tight container and keep in the fridge

3. Enjoy as a snack!

Serves A LOT

1 serving = 1/3 cup trail mix
